If you are a fellow Baby Boomer you can understand why I am struggling to figure out this whole internet, social media thing. As I am learning how to start a website, download, upload, cut, paste, import and so on I find myself having to take copious notes to remember what I just learned. My nine-year-old grandson could tutor me if we saw one another. But no such luck. Therefore, I am left to my own devices, surrendering my brain to technology. Not an easy task. I am sure you understand. I would much rather be painting and listening to music or books on tape than having arm to arm combat with a computer.
But you see, my art has become something so important to me now that I am retired that I am willing to do whatever it takes to master this Blogging social media thing. I do love to write and currently writing my memoir. Perhaps I shall share some of my stories with you. I promise you will not be bored. As I am not a military brat or a crop picker yet still moved so many times from the age of birth to 18 that I literally lived in twenty-one different homes. More to come. Warm thoughts, Karen
